GASP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Where was this????

Mid-Michigan, out my front door.  With my phone camera.  I was astounded!  my friend who follows this alerted me.  Take a drive out tonight if there aren’t a lot of clouds, just use your cell phone!

Western PA.

I was reading about it online and someone said to use the camera. Well I am at work, but ran outside and it was dark 11pm but I snapped a couple pictures and this is what I got through the camera. Didn't look like anything with my bare eyes. I may try again tomorrow at home.

Wow! How cool is that!  Such a vivid purple!  Try again tonight, I didn’t see anything with my naked eye either, but it lit up with the camera.  Good luck!!

People in my very small town, in the middle of Denmark also captured it last night. As I’m going to be up late tonight (Eurovision song contest finale, yay!), I’m gonna try to see if I can see it for myself.

Congratulations Henrietta!  I hope you see them!  Need to use your phone camera to see them.  Doesn’t look like much otherwise.  Good luck!  Share you photos if you are successful.

I was in bed and asleep so I saw nothing!

I am sure the inside of your eyelids were lovely!  😊

WOW, what awesome pictures! I just asked my husband and he said our local news (SW Florida) said people posted some photos of the sky here!?  I knew nothing about it, I wonder if I can look tonight?

YES,  try tonight!  We may have too much cloud-cover, but hopefully most of it will blow away.  Use your phone  camera so you can see them.  They aren’t very visible to the unaided eye.

Wow!!!  These photo's are amazing!  I didn't see anything from here on the east coast, but then I'm not up late either.  What a beautiful sight to see!  Glad you shared photo's.

Perhaps try tonight?  Use your camera phone to see them.

My dad just told me to stand outside around 8 pm here in No. Virginia....if you're in the western part of the state (closer to the mountains) you might get better lights. Had I known, I would have gotten a B&B for the weekend! Can't wait to see everyone's photos!

Wow!  Those are Gorgeous photos.  I didn't  know to look, but we had cloud cover last night and got rain with pea sized hail this morning.  I'll  try looking tonight.

These are all amazing photos! How wonderful that so many people all over have been able to see the lights. This is one of my "bucket list" things to do. Here in NYC we have too much light pollution to see anything :(
Happy Scrapping!

Yucky weather!  We might not be so lucky again tonight.  Hope you have good weather tonight.

😭😭😭😭 NO FAIR!!! Lol! I live in Alaska and we couldn’t see them. There are mountains in the way… Normally the skies here are too cloudy to see anything but it was clear last night.

Love love love all your pictures!!!
